What are the conditions of returning an item?
Return Policy:
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Contact us at info@shopauroria.com for all return requests. Returns will be issued to the same form of payment used. Sale items are NOT eligible for return. If it is a regular price item, buyer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee, as well as return shipping costs. Original outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from final refund total. If item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to refuse a return, and these policies may change at any time.
